Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payment

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.
A booking cannot be confirmed until the first night (off-peak) or a 50% deposit (peak times) is paid.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival for December/January school-holiday bookings and the March and Easter long weekends / Easter school holidays.

Your Booking

Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists between Prevelly Caravan Park and the booking party — which means you accept these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to relocate or change the booked accommodation or site number prior to or on arrival.

Park Rules

Pets are not allowed in the park.
No enclosed or off-the-ground fires are permitted from November until May due to a total fire ban.
No ground or open fires are permitted at any time.

Check-in & Check-out

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested in mid-season but are not guaranteed.
In peak season we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

Cancellation Policy & Minimum Stays

Peak Season — Minimum Stays

Peak season includes summer school holidays, the March and Easter long weekends / Easter school holidays, and the Surf Comp.
5 nights minimum: 23 December – 10 January.
3 nights minimum: March / Australia Day and King’s Birthday long weekends.
4 nights minimum: Easter long weekend.
Other events at our discretion.

Peak Season — Cancellations

30 days or more before your arrival date: you forfeit your full 50% deposit.
Less than 30 days before your arrival date: full payment is forfeited.

All Other Times — Cancellations

14 days or more before your arrival date: a cancellation fee of $20 applies.
Less than 14 days before your arrival date: no refund of the amount paid.

Please Note

Please check your holiday dates carefully. You will be required to pay in full for your stay on arrival — no exceptions and no refunds after check-in, including for poor weather.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
